Our Team
Danielle Laughlin, Executive Assistant
Danielle began her career in healthcare in 2016 and has since gained broad experience in both inpatient hospital and outpatient settings. Alongside her own mental health journey, these experiences shaped a strong passion for mental health advocacy and supporting others on their path to wellness.
She currently works part-time in an Emergency Department and full-time with Rutherford PMHNP-BC PLLC. Danielle is also pursuing her nursing degree with the goal of becoming a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). Guided by her mentor, Luana Rutherford, she’s inspired by the dedication and lasting impact Luana has made in patients’ lives.
An Arizona native from a small rural farming town, Danielle values the work ethic and grounded perspective her roots gave her.
